Immunoglobulin E is an antibody, which is secreted by the WBC as a defense agent in our body. It helps us in the defense against bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms, which attack our body. Once the immunoglobulin E attaches to the mast cell, histamine chemical will be secreted from the cell. Histamine is the main cause of nasal allergy. It causes the vein of the mucous membranes and swelling of the fluid leak. Swelling causes congestion inside the nasal passages and the leakage of fluid causes a runny nose. When the nasal allergy becomes critical, mucous membranes become inflammed and itching. Because the main cause of nasal allergy is histamine, scientists have synthesized a few types of antihistamine medications to block the reaction of histamine with its receptors on cells and reduce the severity of allergic symptoms. These medications include diphenhydramine, chlorpheniramine, fexofenadine, loratadine, cetirizine, terfenadine, clemastine and astemizole. Diphenhydramine, chlorpheniramine, cetirizine and clemastine will cause drowsiness, while fexofenadine and loratadine would cause less drowsiness. Terfenadine and astemizole will not cause any side effects but they interact with some of the antifungal and antibiotics. Otherwise, the steroid hormone is used to reduce inflammation and itching in the nasal passages. Generally, ignition occurs with the nasal allergy. In fact, our body could secrete this hormone by itself from the adrenal gland. It controls the sensitivity of our immune system. If the level of this hormone in the body is too high, it may cause our immune system to become inert to attacks by viruses or bacteria. If the level is too low, it will make us become hypersensitive. Nasal allergy is due to low levels of this hormone. Therefore, the application of this hormone on mucous membranes (topically), a nasal spray or taken by mouth (orally) could reduce or prevent inflammation of the nasal passages by altering the action of different cell system immune. Today, this hormone is the most common medications that the doctor will prescribe to the patient who suffers critical nasal allergy. However, using this hormone too often could cause side effects such as a burning sensation in the nose, an unpleasant aftertaste and nosebleeds. Nasal allergy could be cured through yoga. Yoga is a stretching combined with deep breathing. Many people are turning to yoga to cure various kinds of diseases such as insomnia, anxiety disorders, back pain, chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, diabetes, fibromyalgia, infertility, menopause, the shingles, stress and varicose veins. Yoga is more natural than taking medicine, and it has no side effect as long as you learn it from a qualified instructor. Once you have mastered the technique, you can practice any time while you are free. Nasal allergy also could be cured using natural crystal. The main compound in the crystal is silicon dioxide. The variety of crystals color is due to the existence of trace elements of transition. Color different crystals different energy. We can see this energy using aura spectrophotometer. Nasal allergy is due to the lack of a certain energy in the patient's body. Using crystals treatment, nasal allergy patients can increase this energy in their body by absorbing crystal. Crystal can be used as a tool for the transfer of energy from the earth to our body. Our Earth is a living planet and there are a lot of creatures living on its soil. Once the crystal energy has been completely consumed, we bury this crystal under the soil and let it absorb energy from the Earth. Using crystal to cure nasal allergy is the most economical and easy method because it can be worn on the body as a bracelet or necklace whenever we want.
